How much deposit do I need to hold my date?
$300 non refundable booking fee secures your date. Please note, your date is not confirmed until we have received a prepayment. A quote is not a guaranteed booking. $300 is deducted from your final invoice.

Are you licensed and insured?
We are licensed with the Council, holding a Licence for food business (fixed) and have Public & Product Liability insurance up to $10million.
Do I need to pay for staff, cutlery and glassware?
All of packages include waitstaff, cutlery, crockery, water jugs and glasses. Unless numbers are below minimum numbers you may be charged a small fee for staff which will be included in your quote.
What other services do you offer?
Gelato Cart, wedding cakes, donut walls, linen napkins hire, bar counter hire, bar staff, barware . Please ask for quote for specific requirements
Do you charge Cake cutting fee?
No, if you would like your cake cut on platters on table, this is complimentary
If you would like your wedding cake individually plated and it is not included as a part of your menu package then yes, you will be charged a small fee.
When do I need to select my menu?
We need your final menu selection in writing, 4 weeks prior to your event
How do you cater for my guests that have special dietaries?
You do not need to select anything off my menu when selecting your final menu choices. We will tailor specific meal depending on your guests’ requirements ie Gluten free, allergic to onion, Vegan etc.
Do you need a table Plan?
Yes, if you have selected feasting or formal sit - down menu then we will need a table plan of where all your guests are sitting and a list of names and dietaries- which makes service easy so we know where the dietaries are sitting.
Can you still cater if my venue has no kitchen or facilities?
Yes, absolutely. We bring all of equipment to the venue and set up an off-site kitchen. This is included in your package and is not charged extra. If it is a venue that we have not catered at before we will often ask for site photos and will ring the venue to check over some details prior to your event so we know everything is covered and avoid any potential obstacles on the day.
What is a Service, Vendor or Supplier meal and do I need any?
A service, vendor or supplier meal is for your Photographer, Videographer, DJ etc. Please ask your supplier is they would like a meal (usually yes, as it is a very long day for them) and if they have any dietaries. If you have chosen, not to have any supplier meals, please advise you supplier as we only cook to your final numbers.
